Here’s what I know: I know that every human gets to control their thoughts, actions, beliefs, words, attitude, habits, expectations, and most of all- their emotions. You get to control your mindset and your mental state.
Now ask yourself, are they going to be positive or negative?
Situations suck. But if they’re out of your control, don’t let them control you.
Media, fear, and “what if” scenarios don’t help the situation either. But those things shouldn’t influence your emotions and make you have a negative mindset.
Be positive.
Identify what has made you happy, what makes you happy (like dogs, hence my photo choice for this post), and the things you love in life…then smile because of them.
When fear, panic, and negativity try to influence you, go to that place where your thoughts are positive again. The situation could always be worse…always.
Don’t allow tomorrow’s concerns to ruin today’s peace. Stay in your present reality.
Have an authentic positive mental attitude.
Focus on the good and not the bad.
Smile…because there’s too much good in life to focus on the bad…
