Chad is a dynamic and results-driven leader with over 26 years of experience as a U.S. Navy TOPGUN fighter pilot. He has a proven track record of operational excellence, having served as the Commanding Officer (CEO), of the Navy’s East Coast Master Jet Base, where he oversaw a 6,000-acre facility with a $2 billion economic impact.
In his current role as Senior Director at Victory Strategies, Chad excels at helping clients overcome barriers, enhance communication, and optimize organizational culture to boost team performance. He has a demonstrated ability to create a compelling vision, align teams, and execute strategies to achieve organizational goals, whether working with executives, emerging leaders, or group-coaching cohorts. As a certified facilitator for Everything DiSC®, he empowers clients to develop self-awareness and improve workplace interactions.
Chad is dedicated to giving back to his community, serving as the Director of STEM Operations for the annual Naval Air Station Oceana Air Show. His leadership in the STEM laboratory provides over 8,000 fifth-grade students with a unique educational experience, setting a Guinness World Record for the largest school field trip in 2019.
Chad holds a BS from the University of Virginia and is an enthusiastic Cavaliers basketball fan. In his free time, he enjoys cycling and moonlighting as the handyman on his wife’s small horse farm.
