Position: Director
Danielle Loughlin dedicated her career to working in the intelligence space leading teams globally, managing human capital on multiple continents, and developing a variety of interviewing and non-verbal communication assessment techniques that have been used in government, the private sector, and academia.
Danielle has received numerous awards for her efforts to build successful teams, innovate across a variety of US government missions, and lead well-being efforts across the United States Intelligence Community (USIC). In 2019 Danielle graduated from the University of Pennsylvania where she completed her Master's in Applied Positive Psychology examining organizational well-being, resilience, and insider threat/risk. Her research has been used in the USIC, Virginia private and public school systems, and at a variety of leadership institutes that support individuals working in high-risk, high-stress environments (SWAT teams, police departments, special operations officers, etc.).
Before studying at Penn, Danielle attended Johns Hopkins University where she completed a Master's degree in Government/Security studies and the University of New Hampshire where she studied Political Science and Spanish. Danielle completed her executive leadership coaching certification at Georgetown University in 2022.
Danielle resides in Northern Virginia with her spouse, son, and two dogs but is a proud New Englander who enjoys traveling, running, learning new languages, and volunteering at her son's elementary school and at the Loudoun County Animal Shelter.
