Coach Chris Brown is a respected leader, a high-performance advisor, and an Olympic rugby coach. His expertise and success are evident in the numerous teams he has helped achieve historical results.
Originally from New Zealand, Chris spent the first few years of his coaching career working with teams throughout Africa before relocating to the United States in 2014, where he twice served as an Olympic coach for Team USA.
While working with Team USA, he helped lead both Olympic teams to their highest-ever world ranking. This included taking the US Women's Rugby Team from fifth to first in the world within his first 12 months in charge and helping them win consecutive World Series events for the first time.
Since leaving Team USA after the Tokyo Olympics, Chris has continued to work as a high-performance advisor with elite sports teams worldwide.
Chris is the proud father of three daughters and one son and lives in San Diego with his wife, Thelma.
