From 10-member elite teams to 3,000-person cross-functional organizations, Angelina served over 20 years in unique roles where she engaged international partners, congressional and defense leaders, leaders in industry and technology.  She led unprecedented innovation in aerospace manufacturing, operations, and sustainment, guided organizational change across the intelligence community, and led a foundational shift in the defense industry’s approach to supply chain resilience.

Angelina has a proven track record across a wide variety of industries, having navigated complex political relationships, successfully negotiated international contracts, and achieved extraordinary results by leveraging global partnerships in the United Kingdom, Europe, the Middle East, the Americas and Asia.

Angelina spent the last decade leveraging her leadership and organizational expertise as a consultant and advisor, guiding senior executives to achieve meaningful impact.  She culminated her military career as advisor to the Department of the Air Force’s “Top 5” senior executives at the helm of a 300K-member organization.  In this role, she was trusted and empowered to facilitate critical conversations and strategic dialogue, guide cross-functional integration, and tackle the department’s most challenging problems.  Her experience makes her a highly sought-after coach for high performing teams and executives.

Angelina has lived and worked internationally with extensive time in the United Kingdom and Europe, and currently lives in Idaho with her husband, their two children, dog, and three horses, exploring life beyond their own comfort zones at every opportunity.
